I will be making two characters:
-Firstly I will be creating a grumpy old man called Jim that is nearing the end. I will modernise his persona from the fable but it will be in a cartoon form.

My second character will be a Grim Reaper called Eric, his appearence is very much based on the character from "The Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy" pictured on the right.
My animation will follow along the lines of the actual story but I will add my own spin to it, that I hope will make it amusing and enjoyable for everyone watching.

I will use basic models from 3d studio max like trees and will create props for my characters including:
Jim "Grumpy Man"
-Walking Stick or Zimmer Frame
Eric "Grim Reaper"
-Sythe
-Television(old and/or faulty)
-Cloak

I will have a medium length animation that will be backed up by models to my best ability in cartoon fashion. My animation will mostly take a full screen view of the models and environment except in a couple of instances that will be close up shots to emphasize the emotions that will be expressed on their faces.

For my short I will need several sound effects, I will create voices for characters using a voice changer and speaking myself. Sound effects I will need include:
-Wind
-Lightning/Thunder
-A "Popping" appearence sound for Eric
-Television Fizz/Humm/Crackle (something along those lines)
